Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. You must be able to form a binding contract and meet the minimum age in your jurisdiction (and any per-event age requirement).

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Do not post unlawful, infringing, hateful, or misleading content, impersonate others, scrape or abuse the service, attempt to breach security, or interfere with other users. We may rate-limit, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit (profile info, posts, images). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display it to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, including images of yourself.

The service helps connect applicants with events and partners. We do not guarantee selection, casting, payment, or any outcome. Decisions are made by the relevant partner. Applying does not create an employment or agency relationship with us.

The IAMKSTAR name, logo, and site design are our property. You may not copy or use them without permission except as allowed by law.

The service relies on providers such as Google (sign-in), Supabase, Upstash, and Vercel. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IAMKSTAR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service and its users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Contact: support@iamkstar.com.
